Talent Satisfaction

Assessment Forms

Assessment forms can be filled either for talents in the ongoing recruitment process or for the hired talents. 

Assessment Forms consist of 3 section: “Pending”, “Completed” and “New”. 

Pending

Incomplete assessment reports are shown in this section.

Forms are listed along with the assessor and the evaluated person’s name, process, scheduled due date and date sent information. The form can be sent immediately, a specific delivery date can be scheduled or the form can be cancelled. 

Completed

Completed assessment reports are shown in this section. Reports can be downloaded from the list. 

New

Evaluation forms can be created by filling the fields of; form type, assesor, candidate, process and due date.

Process Satisfaction

Recruiter is evaluated by the Hiring Manager for the respective recruitment process. Process Satisfaction consist of 3 sections: “Pending”, “Completed” and “New”. 

Pending

Incomplete hiring manager satisfaction forms are shown in this section.

Forms are listed along with the assessor and recruiter’s name, candidate, process, scheduled due date and date sent information. 

Completed

Completed assessment reports are shown in this section. Reports can be downloaded from the list. 

New

Hiring manager satisfaction form can be created by filling the fields of; process, assesor, recruiter and candidate.

Talent Satisfaction

Measures the level of candidate satisfaction regarding the recruitment process and the recruiter conducted the recruitment process. Talent Satisfaction consists of 3 sections: “Pending”, “Completed” and “New”. 

Pending

Incomplete talent satisfaction survey forms are shown in this section.

Forms are listed along with the candidate, process, scheduled due date and date sent information. 

Completed

Completed assessment reports are shown in this section. Reports can be downloaded from the list. 

New

Talent satisfaction survey can be created by adding candidate and position information.
