Talent Card can be displayed by clicking on the;

Talent’s name from Assessments List under “Dashboard” section,
Talent’s name from Talent List under “Talents” section ,
Information button on the talent card under “Jobs” section (if the talent is involved in a job process).

Display a Talent Card from Dashboard and Talents section

The talent card includes the Talent History, Scores, Predictions and Insights, Resume and Comments tabs as well as “Show Resume”, “Compare Talents” buttons and the Menu. 

Talent History
_____________________

This field contains all the historical data of the talent. This data covers the processes the talent has been involved, all the interaction with the talent such as adding a talent to a stage, sending a test/assessment to the talent as well as all the actions taken can be viewed whether the talent is short/long listed or marked as rejected. Assessment results of the respective assessments are provided in PDF reports under this tab.

Once the talents in the interactive interview stage completes all the questions, an evaluation is made from the "Talent History" tab for the answers given. The evaluation score is also displayed in the same tab. 

The user may also choose “Show only assessments” option under Talent History tab in order to display only assessment reports.

Scores
_____________________

Results of the assessments completed by the talents are seen under “Scores” tab. 

If the talent has a General Ability Test score from a different level than level 3, this score will be simulated to GAT level 3. 

If there is a job requires a GAT level 3 score and the talent within the job process does not have a GAT level 3 score; then GAT level 4 or level 2 score of the talent will be simulated to level 3 and will be indicated as shown below. 

Simulated GAT level 3 score is stated in “Stage Report” whereas real GAT level 4 or 2 score is indicated in “Results Report”. 

Prediction and Insights

Talent’s performance prediction and turnover intention percentage specified based on the Talent’s assessment results. Performance prediction and turnover intention percentage is calculated from the General Ability Test level 3 score. 

Resume

The resume tab shows the talent’s resume information. Talent can fill their resume information by logging into the FlowQ system. In addition the recruiter may upload the talent’s resume from “Upload a New File”option. 

Comments
_____________________

This tab includes the comments and ratings fields. In this tab, all the ratings regarding the first impressions of the talent can be seen as well as all the comments have been made. First impressions can be rated by more than one user. 

Compare Talents

This feature enables the user to compare the candidates selected.

For the talents to be compared, “Compare Talents” button in the talent card should be selected. This action should be repeated for the other talents to be compared. 

Once the “Compare Talents” button in the talent card is selected, then “compare talents” button will appear on the top left corner of all pages. 

Resume

There is a “Show resume” button next to the “Compare Talents” button.The full resume that the talent uploaded into the system can be viewed.

Menu

Menu in the talent card has; “Edit”, “Send an email to the talent”, “New test/inventory”, “Show resume” and “Share the talent” options. 

"Edit": Talent informations can be edited.

"Send an e-mail to the talent":  Either a new email text can be prepared or an existing email template can be selected from the “templates”. It is also possible to set a future date and timing for the mail to be sent. 

"New Test/Inventory": New test/inventory is sent to the talent by selecting the level and dimensions. 

"Show Resume": Full resume of the talent can be viewed. 

"Share the Talent": Talent information can be shared with another person. A link is sent to the shared person via e-mail. The talent card can be displayed once the link is clicked.

"Share the Talent:" Talent information can be shared with another person. A link is sent to the shared person via e-mail. The talent card can be displayed once the link is clicked. 

"Remove from Job": The talent can be removed from the job process. Removing the talent from job does not mean the talent is removed from the account, talent can be reached under “Talents” section.

Progress

Talent is advanced to the next stage. 

Long / Short List

Talent can be added to Long or Short List. 

Reject Talent

The talent is marked as rejected by selecting the rejection reason. A mass e-mailing can be done to the talents when marked as rejected.
